This policy explains how Emma’s Veggie Garden (ecom media) handles your personal information on emmaveggiegarden.com. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles.

- When you buy the kit: your name, email address and country, received from Stripe with your order. We never receive your card details.
- When you ask for the free sample: your email address, and whether you ticked the box for seasonal planting reminders.
- When you contact us: your name, email address and message.
- When you browse: our web host keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
Why we use it
- To deliver your kit, send your download link and answer support or refund requests.
- To send the free sample you asked for.
- To send seasonal planting reminders, only if you ticked the box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who helps us
- Stripe processes payments.
- Hostinger hosts this website.
- MailerLite sends our emails (once connected).
These providers may store information outside Australia, including in the European Union and the United States. We choose providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable with the Australian Privacy Principles.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and ask us to delete your sample sign-up or contact messages.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by using our contact page. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
