Terms of sale
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy Emma’s Complete Aussie Veggie Garden Kit (the “kit”) from emmaveggiegarden.com. Emma’s Veggie Garden is operated by ecom media. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card statement will show PRIMAMOON. By completing your purchase you agree to these terms.
1. What you are buying
The kit is a digital product: PDF guides, printable calendars and planners, phone wallpapers, an offline HTML app, two Excel workbooks and a data file, delivered as one ZIP download (about 75 MB). Nothing is posted. The contents are described on the sales page.
The kit provides general gardening information. Conditions, timing and harvests vary with your site, weather and plants, so results are not guaranteed. Follow product labels, your local water and biosecurity rules, and structural advice before loading a balcony.
2. Price and payment
The price is shown in Australian dollars and includes GST. It is a one-off payment: there is no subscription. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
3. Delivery
After payment you are taken to a page with your download button, and the same link is emailed to the address you used at checkout. The link works for 30 days and 5 downloads. Please save the ZIP on your computer or cloud drive as soon as you download it. If your link stops working, the download page lets you request a fresh one, or you can use our contact page.
4. Your licence
The kit is for personal use by your household. You may print copies for your household and fill in the worksheets. You may not share, resell, redistribute or publish the files, in whole or in part, or use them commercially without our written permission. Third-party photographs in the kit keep the licences stated beside them.
5. Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. See our Refund policy.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights or any other rights you have under the law.
7. Updates
You receive the kit as it stands on the day you buy it. We do not promise future editions or updates.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect loss, such as crop loss or the cost of plants, materials or water, arising from using general gardening information.
