If the kit isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

• Go to our contact page and choose “Refund request”.
• Use the email address you bought with, so we can find your order.
• We confirm by email and refund to your original payment method, usually within 2 business days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

When we refund an order, its download link is switched off. We ask that you delete your copy of the files.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the kit has a major problem, for example the files are faulty and we cannot fix it, you are entitled to a refund under the law, whatever the date of purchase.
